You will be able to cancel your reservation without any cost 48 hours before the day of arrival via fax or email. If the reservation is not cancelled you will be charged for one night.
Any reservation done within 24 hours before arriving will not be cancelable.

Rules of the Hotel:

• The rooms that remain occupied after 12 AM, will be charged into client’s account
• It is essential to show the personal identification (passport) for all the people who stay in the room.
• Visits are not allowed in the room.
• It is prohibited to neither consume nor to cook food in the room.
• It is not allowed to wash and to iron in the room (the Hotel has laundry service at your convenience).
• It is not allowed to move the furniture from its original place.
• It is appreciated to keep silence after 00:00 hours.
• The hotel does not have storage service but the luggage could be left in the reception maximum until the 15.00 hours the same day of departure. The hotel will not be responsible of them and its content.
